Harrison was very pleasant. He said my recall would take approximately an hour as my Tuscon actually had 2 recalls. I did wait a little over an hour. He then took time to bring my Tuscon from the lot to me.
Recall and repairs. Recall work preformed and 48,000 mile check list which needed brakes and work done.
The service department staff were all very nice, seemed to work well together and didn't push to do extra work.

We had an issue with the seatbelt to recall on our 2025 Palisade. Harrison did a great job getting us in and getting the recall taken care of.
There was more waiting between stages than I would have liked, going between departments. Eddie was great helping with getting my existing Bluelink working as Colby was with another appointment when I finished with finance.
Had an appt at 8 am. I had dropped keys off prior to the business opening. At 9:30 I noticed my car still hadn't move so I called to try and get an estimate on when it would be done. I was told everyone was busy but id he a call back soon. At 11am car still hadn't move and I didn't receive a call back so I called again. Again everyone was busy but a manager would call me. At 12 still no call and my car hadn't moved. Didn't get my call back til 4 pm

Dropped my car off Thursday night for a Friday 8 AM appointment for a #Warranty request. Did not hear from anybody all day Friday after calling four times and being told I would get a call back. Did not receive a call back on my car until Saturday afternoon.

Happy so far. Our only issue was at the sale, not Eddie but the sales manager that day we felt misrepresented the extended warranty. He sold it as 'included' but when I came to sign papers a fee was involved. That was a key selling point for us.
In on time. Forgot to call me when done, but I checked back after 1 1/2 hours and car was done. Next day noticed the tire pressures had not been checked. Got call from service asking if they missed my call (???) and told Joe about the tire pressures. Went back by and they adjusted. Also, unsure if fluids etc were checked. I did not get a video.
Tried to get through to the service dept 4 times and spent 30-40 minutes on hold each time., only to find out service was not available. This went on for two days. Never using vision for service again.

I went in for a free NYSI. I knew my brakes needed replacing so it wasn't a surprise it failed. The appointment included a multi-point inspection. The video I watched from the mechanic showed an oil leak i knew of but it wasn't mentioned on my paperwork. I was hoping for an estimate for repair and spoke to the advisor about it but it wasn't mentioned on my paperwork. That was my only concern.
Everyone was super nice and helpful. I just felt I needed a bit more help with negotiating and it didn’t seem like they negotiated much at all. This was my first time with any dealership so I do not know if this is normal.
They did exactly what they said and treated us well. I would certainly use them again.

I was very pleased that Chad could get my AC fixed under warranty. I know that my truck was passed the first 3 years, but Chad agreed to check it out with the Compressor would covered, it was. I'm very happy to have AC working again.
I have had 3 vehicals from Vision Hyundai in Canandaigua and Chad and the team in service have always been there when I've needed them. I've really only needed small items fixed or basic maintenence, but they've been quick and efficient. I've gotten clear explainations and advice so my vehical will last longer. I needed my emergency brake fixed. Then I can have the car inspected. I thought I was going to have other things done as well, but no I don't. I am relived that all I need is the emergency brake done. It is still going to be a little pricey, but it needs the right stuff and the right knowledge.
