Happy so far. Our only issue was at the sale, not Eddie but the sales manager that day we felt misrepresented the extended warranty. He sold it as 'included' but when I came to sign papers a fee was involved. That was a key selling point for us.
The whole dealership has been awesome, especially the service department. The service department people are particularly helpful.

The answering of the phone is poor. The way the video and the wording that is used...it's like everyone knows or uses the same working or terminology as garage talk. The phone updates or we will get back to you doesn't happen.

I went in for a free NYSI. I knew my brakes needed replacing so it wasn't a surprise it failed. The appointment included a multi-point inspection. The video I watched from the mechanic showed an oil leak i knew of but it wasn't mentioned on my paperwork. I was hoping for an estimate for repair and spoke to the advisor about it but it wasn't mentioned on my paperwork. That was my only concern.
Everyone was super nice and helpful. I just felt I needed a bit more help with negotiating and it didn’t seem like they negotiated much at all. This was my first time with any dealership so I do not know if this is normal.
They did exactly what they said and treated us well. I would certainly use them again.

Went for interior/exterior service (detailing). Quality of the work was quite good, I found it disappointing that approximately $2 worth of quarters that were in the driver's door were gone after the service was done.

Being older sometimes people get exasperated because technology is difficult to deal with as it changes quickly. I was very pleased that Chad could get my AC fixed under warranty. I know that my truck was passed the first 3 years, but Chad agreed to check it out with the Compressor would covered, it was. I'm very happy to have AC working again.
I have had 3 vehicals from Vision Hyundai in Canandaigua and Chad and the team in service have always been there when I've needed them. I've really only needed small items fixed or basic maintenence, but they've been quick and efficient. I've gotten clear explainations and advice so my vehical will last longer. I won't take my truck anywhere else. I can't thanks them enough.

Harrison was amazing, he kept in contact with me and I felt like he really cared.
I needed my emergency brake fixed. Then I can have the car inspected. I thought I was going to have other things done as well, but no I don't. I am relived that all I need is the emergency brake done. It is still going to be a little pricey, but it needs the right stuff and the right knowledge.

I dropped my car off for service the day before for a 9 am appointment. It was supposed to take on hour. At 11 am I called to see if it was done. First I 'spoke' with the AI person. I asked for a live person. She connected me and i was told I was the next in line to speak with someone. I waited for 7 minutes. I hung up and called back. I waited for three more minutes. Good work, nice people. The real people. I hate, with a passion, the AI phone system. Whatever the perceived cost savings, they are short term. The scheduling of work is very poor. Our car was dropped off Wednesday for an 8:00 AM appointment. The work was not started until after 4 PM. Ithica is 10 miles further from home, but may become our new dealer.
