It is helpful that Vision Hyundai monitors when scheduled service is necessary. It gives me confidence that along with the expected service, a complete inspection of the vehicle is done to ensure all is OK. I would not have known otherwise that my cabin filter was in need of replacement.

Quick oil change and tire rotation. Friendly staff but scheduling service on line didn’t work. Had to call to schedule service and even the service person I spoke with had difficulty.

I was very pleased when one of the managers took my call regarding a lost key fob. He spent at least ten minutes searching to no avail. He offered to have a replacement key made at no charge, and made the arrangements. Programming the new key took less than ten minutes. I was thrilled with Canandaigua Hyundai’s personnel and service!

Bradley was very kind in explaining everything and even helping me figure out why my car was beeping! Apparently it hollars if you leave the windows open! Anyway, great service and shorter then expected wait time!

Horrible experience with answering service based out of state. I was running a few minutes late for my 7:30 appointment so I wanted to call and let them know. I didn’t know I would be getting someone that wasn’t actually at the dealership.
