I had a lot of work done and spent a lot of $. I asked to have my windshield washed. Told it would be done. It wasn't. I would have liked the sticker for showing me when my next oil change is due. No sticker. Front desk was very nice though.

Liked how the service shop used to be. Now it seems like over kill with so many people and their tablets and needing signatures. Talking to someone that looks the part, service uniform, makes it seem like they know more about autos that someone in a suit. Too formal, not at all friendly. When I stood up to leave every single chair or table area was filled. That was a first. Didn't like people being told that their vehicle needed further parts and service in front of others. Dear Vision, My expereience on August 9th was worth the long drive, 135 miles to your dealership. Chad you service manger is very accomodating & within minutes got my SONATA in the service bay. He answered all my questions promptly. After the service was complete your staff member, Mark explained any further issues. This is my second reply review. Serviced my new Tucson for its 7500 mile checkup and was a drive in. I’m from Florida and they treated me very professionally and you would have thought that I bought the car from there dealership. On top of all this, my wait time was not nearly as long as I expected. Thx

The service was good and the employees at dealership treated us very good and explained the service work on the car. The only thing that I have a concern about was calling to make appointment for service; the answering machine stated to leave message/phone number and someone would call back. No one called back, had to drive to the dealership to setup appointment couple days later.
Very quick on taking my car in communication was very good on what was wrong with my car. Customer service was amazing and everything was explained very well.

Everyone here was so helpful and kind. I was driving from NY to Chicago when at the start of my trip the low engine oil light kept coming up on dashboard. They were able to squeeze me in for an oil change aid me in having a peaceful ride home. Greatly appreciated.
Apparently they don’t do appointments for routine things like regular oil changes but they still got me in and out fast and fixed the two nail holes in my tire!

My Elantra was in the service area for over 2 months addressing an engine problem. The Service manager, Jessica Brown, was very courteous and personable in trying to explain what was causing delays in finishing the work to be done. She also answered her phone every time I called. Amazing! Her service assistant was also pretty good I keeping me informed.
The Service department never answers your call or if you leave a message you never get a return call. I waited three weeks for someone to call me back after leaving two messages one per week and no one ever returned my call.
Got me right in without appointment last two times. My only concern would be the service center is always open until 7p but after 5p only have one mechanic on so if stop by after 5p there is high chance of cars waiting ahead of you and a long wait.

The service on my Santa Fe was great. The alignment on the tires was off , and it got fixed.
I dealt with Chad. He was extremely helpful! I was 2 weeks without a car and had to pay for transportation, not knowing what was going on with my car, but I got a call from Chad saying my car was being worked on and would be done that same day. I enjoyed working with Chad and would do it again. He was kind and respectful!

Last time it took 2 1/2 hrs. To get an oil change. Got call to buy a new Hyundai again, aggravating. Said many times I'm not interested. I can't afford the insurance on a Hyundai. Also, I have lifetime warranty on engine. That much is good.but I do have some issues with the car like seat belt retractors!
Feel taken care of when you come in for service. Free oil changes for 3 years!

I haven't dealt with sales staff since ownership changed but the service department has always been excellent. Staff are polite and helpful, my car has always been ready within their estimated time frame, and I have never had a problem with the work done. The only issue I have had is with the out of state, high pressure sale people that call whenever I have a service appointment. The first time I got 3 calls within an hour. After complaining to the dealership, the second time I only got one call, and the person accepted that I was not interested ...

I showed up at the dealership without an appointment. I was experiencing a problem and barely made it there. The service department was very accommodating and was able to get me right in. Unfortunately, they were unable to fix my car and I ended up having to buy a new one. Service worked with Sales, and I was able to drive off the lot later that day with a new car.

I was at my appointment and had my scheduled service and inspection done. The weird thing is this last week I received an email from you stating that they were sorry I had missed my appointment. Very weird since I did have it done. Something is wrong with your computer system.

We visited 4 dealerships in one day, yes took 7 hours and was tiring. But, I knew the Tucson was the correct choice as I drove away in my trial drive. Stanford made a deal with us I couldn’t refuse (including a great offer on my trade in) and Jeff, our salesman was awesome, checking in to make sure we were happy with our purchase. The people over at vision Hyundai @ Canadaigua were very attentive to our needs and found us what we wanted in our budget in reasonably quick time. Tom was great even touching base with us as and answering all our questions will likely come back for our next vehicle.
