The service was good and timely. My only complaint is that my phone # and email seems to be attached to many customers. I receive texts, emails and phone calls for car service that isn’t for My car. I have complained many times and nothing changes.

The service department and especially Tylor were amazing and helpful when my car lost power all of a sudden while driving. They got it right in, gave me a loaner to use and were very professional and nice.


Salesman unprofessional from start to finish. Didn’t give me any information at all about the extra package that you can get which is added on to the payment, when he knew what I could afford. He didn’t even know that the model of my Elantra couldn’t hook up to Sirius radio. He said when showing me the car that it was equipped with it!!! Also didn’t tell me the exact day my payment is due. And they didn’t take the rest of my down payment and had to call me for it the day after ...

Took my '23 Elantra in for annual interior/exterior treatment. I was offered a loaner car so I didn't need to wait at the dealership. They did a thorough job of cleaning inside and out.

In person they were great, but the phone service hung up on me twice before I got through to a real person. And afterwards their automated system scheduled me for another appointment in 3 months which I didn’t ask for .

I took both my vehicles in for interior/exterior annual service. Exterior of both vehicles looks great. At first glance, interior looks great too. However, looking closer, most nooks and crannies wee untouched. Staff were friendly. When service was provided for 2nd vehicle for interior/exterior treatment, I was provided a loaner vehicle so I didn’t need to sit and wait for service to be completed.

The staff were really polite all along and they really seem to know what they’re doing. I’d like to personally thank Phil and Sebastian for making this easy for me. I called them for the first time on a monday and took my car home on Saturday.

Very accommodating. We had a windshield wiper issue and they were able to fix it with no-notice service visit.

Had some recent warranty work done, service staff from scheduling to picking up the vehicle was flawless. Was great having staff so friendly and accommodating.

My sales person Phil was great! very personable and worked very hard to be supportive.

Salesman told me car was equipped with Sirius radio free for 3 months. I tried to connect to Sirius and was told car isn’t Sirius compatible. Not happy.

I find that each time I bring my car for a service there’s something that always missed. For example they’ll check off wipers, but then the wipers don’t work that afternoon or they’ll check off. Tires are OK and the next time I come in I need four new tires they checked levels all OK yet the antifreeze is almost gone. Those are just some examples, but everyone is very pleasant.

The service staff was more than accommodating in getting my vehicle in for service and setting me up in a rental car. Mark was very pleasant to deal with and answered all my questions.

This dealership was very welcoming and kind. This is the first time I have bought a car from a dealer and they made the process so easy and welcoming. Phil was my salesmen and he made sure we had everything we needed and wanted and took us to show many cars and worked with our price range.

Taylor was able check me in very quickly as well as lining up the loaner car. The work was done sooner than I expected. Everything was well done. I certainly would recommend the service at this location.

I had an issue with my blue link. I was given a quick appointment to get it fixed and I was given a loaner car (it was a warranty problem). Everyone was, and always is, very friendly and accommodating.

Our salesperson Chris, Steve (financial) really went above and beyond in working the numbers until we finally decided what we were going to do. Maybe this was a fluke because he was there. Our last visits they listened just to get rid of me. The service mgr spent time with me this time instead trying to avoid me because there were issues with the truck. I only came back for service to keep the waranty active. I have been going to this dealership for 11 years. I used to trust them. Since the ownership has changed I have my doubts. I brought my car there in Oct. 2024. They said they did a multi point inspection ;changed the oil and the filter; added an engine oil additive; and performed an induction service and replaced both front sway bar links. I asked why they never suggested doing the induction service in the 11 years I had been going there. I didn't get an answer. When I took my car somewhere else to get the New York inspection done they ...

Even though I screwed up my appointment day, they accommodated me, no problem. Nice of them to do that. I've never had any issues with these folks. Been doing business with them for almost 20 years. Wow... makes me feel like an old guy.

Can't say i would recommend visiting the Canandaigua location. Service department doesn't do all they are suppose to do for a routine oil change. New sales manager isnt easy to work with!! We miss Brian who was easy to work with, friendly, and always followed through. This location has gone down hill. Employee turnover is really high, which tells me alot about upper management.

Not trustworthy. Charged excessively for unnecessary repairs. Couldn’t explain the necessity when pressed. Lifetime free oil changes no longer honored. Will not return. Will not purchase another Hyundai. Will share my experiences with everyone i know, and anyone i talk to about cars

Chad and the entire service crew have been very helpful to me and my wife. We have had some unusual issues with a couple of our cars, and they have always diagnosed problem quickly and had it on the road again in no time.

Time to repair was quicker than estimated. Staff was helpful and friendly. They spent time answering a question that I had about my car, unrelated to the reason that it was in for repairs.
