Service department is quite obviously understaffed and yet the personnel there are top notch. Patient, helpful and obviously working to give excellent customer service.

I dropped my car off for service the day before for a 9 am appointment. It was supposed to take on hour. At 11 am I called to see if it was done. First I 'spoke' with the AI person. I asked for a live person. She connected me and i was told I was the next in line to speak with someone. I waited for 7 minutes. I hung up and called back. I waited for three more minutes. I hung up and drove to the dealership. I was about noon. My car was NOT ready. I was not happy. However, the service department did get it done in one hour so I didn't have to wait too long.

Good work, nice people. The real people. I hate, with a passion, the AI phone system. Whatever the perceived cost savings, they are short term. The scheduling of work is very poor. Our car was dropped off Wednesday for an 8:00 AM appointment. The work was not started until after 4 PM. Ithica is 10 miles further from home, but may become our new dealer.
