The arrival of the 2025 Hyundai Ioniq 5N marks Hyundai’s most powerful model to date. Building upon the already impressive capabilities of the Ioniq 5, the introduction of the N badge brings forth an even more formidable crossover SUV. Hyundai’s recent focus on electric vehicles aligns with its upcoming partnership with Amazon whereby the South Korean automaker will list its inventory on the e-commerce giant’s platform. This partnership signifies a pivotal shift in Hyundai’s approach to redefining the vehicle purchasing experience for consumers. In preparation, the automaker has updated its models like the Tucson and Santa Fe. The latest addition, the powerful Ioniq 5N, offers high performance and versatility. As such, we’ll outline four reasons why consumers should consider the 2025 Hyundai Ioniq 5N.

1) The 2025 Hyundai Ioniq 5N Is Powerful

The first standout feature of the 2025 Hyundai Ioniq 5N is its exceptional power and performance. As the most powerful Hyundai model yet, this crossover SUV boasts a dual-motor setup that delivers an impressive 641 horsepower and 568 lb-ft of torque. The Ioniq 5N is capable of accelerating from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.4 seconds. A battery preconditioning feature also helps increase capability by optimizing battery temperature for peak performance.

2) The Ioniq 5N Offers An Engaging Driving Experience

The second reason to consider the Ioniq 5N is for its engaging driving experience. To create a better feedback response for drivers, Hyundai has implemented an e-shift transmission that simulates the feel of an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission. Advanced software such as the Power Sense Axle and electronic control suspension contribute to an enhanced driving experience. Corner carving differentials and a torque distribution system also provide stability and control, especially during cornering maneuvers.

3) The Ioniq 5N Looks Unique Inside and Out

Another reason to consider the Ioniq 5N is for its distinctive styling. The all-electric crossover SUV rides on 19-inch Pirelli P-Zero tires that feature emblazoned HN emblems. These tires provide the Ioniq 5N with improved steering response and handling. A wing-type rear spoiler along with a front air flap gives the crossover SUV a sporty aesthetic. Inside the Ioniq 5N, owners will find sport bucket seats with leather and suede upholstery. A 12.3-inch dual-display system serving as the digital gauge cluster and infotainment system ties everything together.

4) The Hyundai Ioniq 5N Offers Fast Charging

A concern that many have with EVs is battery range. Since the Ioniq 5N is a high-performance EV, it suffers in the range department. Thankfully, to mitigate range concerns, Hyundai has fitted the 2025 Ioniq 5N with an 800-volt architecture that allows the electric SUV to charge from 10 percent to 80 percent in just 18 minutes. So, while the crossover SUV features an 84 kWh battery that provides 278 miles of range, owners will have no worries about reaching their destination. Consumers can expect the 2025 Hyundai Ioniq 5N to arrive in mid-2024. Official pricing has not been released yet, but the Ioniq 5 starts at an MSRP of $41,650 (plus destination fee) so we expect the Ioniq 5N to start at a higher MSRP.
